The order is delivered no later than 3 days except in hard-to-access areas such as the islands where it may take a little longer. In any case you can contact us by phone to inform you about your day of receipt.
Caution: for sending packages with a shipping company other than courier, the delivery does not apply.
If for any reason you wish to return one of the products you purchased you have the possibility to do so by replacing it with another of equal or greater value by following the following suggestions:
Product refunds are accepted within 14 working days of the day of receipt of the products and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. In this case you will only be charged for the cost of returning the product.
Refunds are accepted only when the product is in the same condition in which you received it, without i.e. the product being in the same condition as the product in which you received it. Have its packaging unsealed or tampered with. For this reason it is good at the delivery of the order to check the condition of the products and the intact packaging in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. Broken merchandise, wrong contents, etc.).
Attention to product refunds is refunded only by replacing them with other products of equal or lesser value.

In case of return of the product and after we find that the error is due to the manufacturer we undertake at your own request either to replace it or to refund your money which will take place within 10 days from the date we receive the product.
